If you forgot your username or password, you can use the link provided. The website you want to go to is BuilderTREND.net. Enter your username and password, then click login. This will bring you to your dashboard. We will have another video that shows the general functionality of the system, but for a quick review, all the jobs are listed on the left side. You can select all the jobs, which is currently selected, and it will populate your dashboard. To submit a bid, simply go to the top where it says "bids" and click on it. Some people may work for multiple builders that use the same system, which could get a little confusing. If you want to filter and only show the bids for a specific builder, checkmark the builder you want to work on and click "update results." This will only show the bids for that specific builder.
